Registration form and fees
Registration is needed to attend FTL9. Please follow the link to the registration form below. All participants must be individually registered (even if the presentation is a joint one). All presenters must register before 31 July 2026. The conference fee covers the attendance to the conference (all presentations), the conference pack, coffee breaks, and a guided city walk.

*Proof of student status is required. Please send a scanned copy of your student ID or certificate by email to clarecog@uv.es with the subject “Registration – proof of student status”.
Conference dinner
The conference dinner will take place on 10 September (the venue will be shortly confirmed). The conference dinner costs €40,00 per person. Dinner reservations can be made during the registration process. Payment may also be completed at the Registration Desk upon arrival (cash only).
Payment
Registrations will only be confirmed once the payment has been received.
Participants may pay by bank transfer.
Bank Transfer
The bank details will be shortly confirmed.
After completing the transfer, please send a copy of the payment receipt to clarecog@uv.es, indicating:
- Your full name (exactly as in the registration form)
- The subject line: “Registration – Proof of Payment”
Receipts
Individual receipts will be issued for all payments. Please make sure to include the following information in your registration form under Billing Information:
- The name of the person or institution to be invoiced
- Tax Identification/VAT number
- Full postal address
⚠️ Please note: Once receipts are issued, they cannot be modified for legal reasons. Ensure that all billing details are accurate at the time of registration. Please note that our accountancy services are closed in August.
Cancellations
If you are unable to attend the conference, please inform the organizing committee as soon as possible so that we can make the necessary adjustments to the schedule.
Please note that no reimbursements will be possible after 20 August 2026.
FTL Young Researchers’ Award
Participants who wish to apply for the FTL Young Researchers’ Award must indicate this in the registration form.
